Derinya Public Beach

Derinya Public Beach, which is 8 km away from Famagusta district center, is located in the Maraş region, which was declared a military zone after the Cyprus Peace Operation and where the entrance and exit are with permission. The beach, which can be easily reached by the coastal minibuses departing from the district center or by private car, serves many holidaymakers at the same time with its wide area. Although the 240-meter-long beach, which is operated by the municipality and opened in 2019, is a public beach, it offers opportunities that are not equal to private beaches.
