Dilucu Border Gate
Dilucu Border Gate, located in the easternmost district of Iğdır province, is the border gate connecting Turkey and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan and was opened in 1992. The border gate, which is 38 km away from the Aralik district center and 85 km away from the Iğdır city center, is built on an area of 36,857 m2. There are a total of 9 platforms for pedestrians at the border gate, including 6 entrance and 3 exit platforms. There is a total of 1 entrance and 1 exit platform for vehicle entry and exit. The border gate, built on the Aras River, is also called the Bridge of Hope.
