Although the date of establishment seems to be 1976, the adventure in the sector begins for Harman in the streets of Istanbul in the 1950s. In the 1950s, our founder and elder Mustafa Ünver, together with his father, laid the foundations of Harman while selling roasted chickpeas with sacks in the streets of Istanbul. He had a purpose in those years. Then he came to Tekirdağ in 1976, realized this goal and opened a shop. Harman Kuruyemiş started its operations.... Harman Kuruyemiş, which has been developing continuously since 1976 without sacrificing quality, was led by Mustafa Ünver's sons in the 1990s.
