Özakkaya Cafe Çarşamba Kıvratması
Yogurt, water, egg, oil and 1 teaspoon of baking soda are added to the wheat flour to form an earlobe. It is made into meringues the size of an egg and put on a tray to rest. Half a kilo of sugar and hazelnut kernels are mixed together.
