Özsüt
The first Özsüt store was opened in İzmir Kemeraltı in 1938. At first, only yoghurt and cream were sold, but milk desserts made with traditional palace recipes were added to this. Özsüt Muhallebicisi, which continued its adventure by producing traditional desserts, increased its reputation especially in the 70s-80s and became one of the symbol desserts of İzmir.
