Bilecik Urban Forest
The City Forest, located on the Bilecik-Eskişehir road, overlooking the Edebali Valley, began to be afforested in 1965. In 2005, with the cooperation of the Municipality and the Provincial Directorate of Forestry, the 53-hectare area of Atatürk Forest was opened to the public. Urban Forest; It is one of the most frequented places by the residents and visitors of the city with its picnic areas, walking paths and sports fields. Although it is in the center of the city, it is a quiet area away from the noise, hosting thousands of shades of green and bird chirping. There are also businesses where you can have dinner and hold your meetings in the Kent Ormanı, which offers a good opportunity to watch the city both from the opposite side and from above.
