Konak Pond
Another free place that can be considered close to Kilis city center is Konak Pond. Although this place is mostly preferred for angling, most families who grab their tables and barbecues also come to the lakeside and spend their time with a magnificent view. Konak Pond is a natural wonder place, 19 km from the city center, right in the middle of Küçükkonak and Büyükkonak villages. It is possible to arrive by public transport and private vehicle.
There are no facilities around the lake to meet the needs especially for those who will camp. The nearest settlement is 2 km away. For this reason, it is beneficial to provide food and drinks for the camp in advance and come that way.
