Lake Seyfe Bird Sanctuary
Seyfe Lake is 220 km from Ankara and 36 km from Kırşehir.
Within the lake area, which is 16 km away from the Mucur district of Kırşehir, there are many small and large islands where thousands of birds nest. The mounds around the lake, the naturalness of the vegetation surrounding the lake, the turquoise lake view and the view of crowded bird groups create an extraordinary viewing pleasure.
As a result of the observations, 186 bird species were identified in and around the lake. Especially the bird groups formed by flamingos offer an insatiable view for bird watchers.
