Sırçalı Canyon Wildlife Development Area
Sırçalı canyon, which is 23 km away from the city center, is one of the popular canyons of Karabük. Access to the canyon, which draws attention with its features similar to the Tokatlı canyon, is provided by private vehicles. In addition, while there is a glass terrace in Tokatlı canyon, it is very pleasant to watch the view from the natural stone terrace in Sırçalı canyon.
Sırçalı canyon, which is a little quieter and far from the crowd compared to the Tokatlı canyon, has a magnificent nature that stretches as far as the eye can see. Tent camps can be set up almost anywhere in the area, including at the top of the stone terrace. There are also suitable spots for caravan camping. During the camping period, you can find the opportunity to discover the magnificent nature by following the walking paths in the canyon. You can immortalize these pleasant moments by taking wonderful nature photos in the canyon.
Although it is located 10 km from Safranbolu district center, the bad roads have made the region quieter and more untouched. The crowd and density seen in Tokatlı canyon are not seen here. For this reason, those who want to camp in a quiet environment may prefer Sirçalı canyon.
There are toilets, picnic tables and drinking water fountains in the canyon that campers and picnickers can use. However, it is necessary to go to the region prepared for basic food needs and other needs.
