Yıldız Camping
Yıldız Camping, located on the banks of the Tigris River, a 10-minute walk from Hasankeyf district center, is one of the paid campgrounds in the region that appeals to those who want to benefit from all basic needs during the camp. The campground is located on a wide and flat area, on the shore of the river. Since it is a little outside of the district center, it is not exposed to any noise. It is a place where you can camp completely in nature, where crickets squawk when it gets dark on summer evenings, with the sound of the Tigris and its clean air. In addition, it offers a kitchen area where they can cook their own meals and a refrigerator where they can store their leftover meals. Grilling is allowed in the camping area. After the barbecue, there are hammock-type facilities to take a nap in the resting places overlooking the Tigris. The facility, which appeals to families with children, also has suitable areas for picnics. If you wish, you can take a walk along the banks of the Tigris River or come to the historical Hasankeyf district, which is a 10-minute walk in the middle of the day, and take a stroll here. Yıldız Kamping is located on the Batman-Mardin road. It is 4 km from Hasankeyf district center and 32 km from Batman. It is possible to come to the campsite by buses running between Batman and Hasankeyf. Those who will come with their own vehicle can reach the facility by proceeding in the direction of Hasankeyf. There are car parking spaces in the campground.
