Çal Kısık Canyon
Located 60 kilometers from Denizli city center and 7 kilometers from Çal District, Kısık Canyon, located near Kumral Recreation, has a height of 80 meters, a 650-meter-long walking path with a suspension bridge on a steep slope, and the depth of the water is 1.70 meters. There are ancient rock tombs belonging to the Byzantine and Roman periods in the canyon, which is bright and cool inside. The Büyük Menderes Valley in question offers interesting beauties and Kısık Valley, where deep canyons are located, draws attention with its unique natural beauty. Located in this valley formed by the Büyük Menderes, the canyon is an indispensable haunt for nature lovers. It is possible to do all nature sports such as mountain and nature hiking, trekking and rafting in this valley, which is extremely suitable for camping-caravan tourism. The canyon was opened to tourism in January 2011.
