Kanara Canyon
There are oak, hornbeam and wild dogwood trees on the slopes of Kanara Canyon, which is located near the Galata Stream in Tekirdağ Province, Saray District. The natural rock shelters on the valley slope were used as settlements in prehistoric times and as rock tombs in historical times. Kanara Canyon was also used as a quarry in ancient times. The Güngörmez Caves in the canyon are approximately 40 meters long. The canyon, which has been frequently visited by camping and adventure tourism enthusiasts in recent years, is 21.10. It was registered as a 'Natural Site-Qualified Natural Protection Area' in 2019.
