Ağcaçal Cave
Ağcaçal Cave, located in Cevizlibağ Village of Durağan district, is one of the favorite places of photographers with its huge stalagmites, stalactites and icy rock ponds formed by the erosion of soft limestone over thousands of years. You can relax in the unique clean air of Ağcaçal Cave, which is one of the caves worth seeing in Turkey and where you have the chance to visit most of it with guided tours, and take pictures of the unique limestone formations. We recommend you to visit the cave, which is 113 kilometers from the center of Sinop and only 25 kilometers from the town of Durağan, especially in spring and summer.
