Hassa Lava Tube Cave (Urochishche Lechelik)
Turkey's first lava tube cave, discovered last year in Hatay's Hassa district, was reportedly registered under the name "Hassa Mal Delikiği Lava Tube Cave".
The Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs last year by Turkey's Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs "National Cave Inventory" in Turkey's first volcanic origin of the natural cave experts made an examination.
The experts gathered information about the structure of the cave and reported that the cave was named "Hassa Mal Delikiği Lava Tube Cave".
Last year, the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs announced that Turkey's first "lava tube cave" had been found in Hatay and that it was the first natural cave of volcanic origin to be included in Turkey's "National Cave Inventory".
