Dikmen Valley
Dikmen Valley 1st and 2nd stage parts are established on an area of 378 thousand square meters. 31 thousand square meters of this area forms a pond area. There are 2 small and 1 large waterfalls in the valley. 87 thousand 500 square meters of the valley is set ground, and there are 120 thousand leafy and coniferous trees on 260 thousand square meters of green area. There are playgrounds and mini trains for children, walking paths, tea gardens, a restaurant, Yoruk Tent, Anadolu Sofrası and 15 kiosks in the valley area. Phases 1 and 2 of the valley have also become a contemporary residential area with Terrace Houses, Residences and Twin Towers. In the valley, there are areas where social-cultural and sportive activities can be held such as shopping centers, youth centre, sports centre, ladies' club, conference hall.
