Kavaklik Park
Kavaklık covers a large and green area where the Alleben Stream crosses from Battal Höyük to the Alleben (Maanoğlu) bridge in Gaziantep city centre. It is the oldest picnic place in Gaziantep. The green area, which is completely within the city today, is used for sports and walking in the mornings and for picnics on the weekends. There are family tea gardens, playgrounds, playgrounds, picnic tables, bicycle paths, excursion and jogging tracks, food and beverage facilities, carpet pitch, traffic training area for children, gymnastic equipment, picnic tables in the area.
