Paşabahçe Picnic and Recreation Area
Paşa Factory is the most popular recreation area of Sivas. It is a place like an oasis for Sivas longing for green. There is a very beautiful spring water and a very strong flowing Tavra Stream. Sivas's first power plant was built here.
Pasha Factory was sanctioned by Mayor Osman Hikmet Işık in 1934.
The power plant met the electricity needs of Sivas for a while and was shut down when its capacity was not enough. The name of the power plant and its surroundings was passed as the Pasha Factory among the people.
