Promoting Contemporary Creativity
The Institution of Salt was founded in the early 2010s with the sole aim of promoting contemporary art in Türkiye. The art institution paved the way for new and emerging contemporary artists as well as veteran contemporary artists to showcase their talent and be honoured by a national institution. There are 3 gallery spaces where both permanent and temporary artworks are exhibited.
Akbank Art Beyoğlu is a contemporary event centre for art lovers, suitable for a variety of events. The centre houses a gallery exhibiting a range of artworks by local artists, a multi-purpose hall hosting live music concerts and performances, a modern music room and contemporary art studio with modern equipment, a dance room, a library, and an in-house café.
