Bezirhane
Commonly seen around Kayseri are the underground production houses where there is a millstone called seten stone, which is used to extract the oil of the wild linseed called "zeyrek". At the time, Ağırnas region was one of the places where the Ottomans cultivated abundantly as an industrial plant and produced linseed oil used in the soap and dye industry.
