Bingöl Roast
Bingöl roast is different from ordinary meat roasts in that it is made from calves and kids grazing in the clean and natural mountainous areas and plateaus of the province. With a plain and simple recipe prepared by adding salt, extracts and water, long-cooked roast becomes a much more delicious and healthy food. Bingöl Roasting, named “Çobantaşı Roast”, received a Geographical Indication in 2017 and was registered as a city delicacy.
