Boza
Boza is a special beverage that is mostly prepared with ingredients such as bulgur, rice, millet, barley, wheat, corn or oats, finds its consistency thanks to the yeast added to it, and is prepared in a sweet or sour (sourish) way. Boza, which is among the budget-friendly drinks thanks to the economical ingredients it contains, is usually bought and consumed ready-made from outside, but with the right recipe and a little patience, it is also possible to prepare it at home with your hands.
