Cezerye with Peanuts
Cezerye, which is widely consumed in the Mediterranean region and looks like Turkish delight, is also a storehouse of vitamins and minerals; It is made from carrots, sugar and coconut. After the carrots are peeled, they are cooked and boiled for 6-7 hours until they become soft. After it is cooked with granulated sugar and starch and comes to a boiling consistency, the peanuts, which have undergone various processes, are poured into the cauldron and mixed. Leaf-shaped slicing is also done with the help of machines. After slicing, it is covered with coconut and served.
