Divle Obruk Cheese

It is estimated that the history of Divle Obruk Cheese, produced in the Ayrancı district of Karaman, dates back to 700 years ago. In the highlands of Ayrancı district, whose altitude reaches 2000s, the floral structure is very rich due to the high altitude. Small cattle are grazed in this natural environment. Cheeses made from milk obtained from an organic diet are ripened in the Divle Pitcher, which is 35 meters deep and 233 meters long, where the weather is cool in summer and warm in winter.
