Elazığ Orcik
Orcik, which is made in the villages of Elazığ and consumed as a snack during the winter months, is now a well-known and loved product all over Turkey. The orcik, whose construction started during the vintage period, is going through strenuous and patience-requiring stages. Orcik; It is obtained by threading almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, chocolate and sometimes raisins into a thread and dipping them in dark grape juice and drying them.
