Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum

Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum; It is a museum opened in Altındağ district of Ankara on June 15, 2013, with the joint contributions of Gazi University Turkish Folklore Research and Application Center and Ankara Development Agency. The inspection of the museum is carried out by the Ethnography Museum Directorate. In the museum; Cultural values of Turkish culture and tradition such as the tradition of meddah, middle dance, Karagöz and Hacivat, village theatrical plays, marbling art, and linden printing are kept alive. Moreover; Fairy tales, folk songs, lullabies, poems, and henna night, dental hedigi, and military henna rituals specific to the Ankara region are among the values explained and conveyed to visitors in the museum.
