Kaldırma

Almost all traditional folk dances have a moving ending called “Lifting”. The figures of this section are very lively. Games are played with or without holding hands. In many, the arms are opened up. Hands and fingers take a straight shape. Finger squeezing is less, clapping is more. This reinforces the tempo. Generally, there are two drums and two zurnas in plays. One of the zurna constantly accompanies with one voice. Girls play with the drums by playing and singing.
