The world-famous Kaman Walnut, which is identified with Kaman district of Kırşehir, is a white walnut type with a thin crust that can be cracked by hand and has a unique flavor.
Compared to other walnut types, Kaman Walnut is highly productive. Since 1990, "Kaman Walnut, Culture and Art Festival" has been held in the region.
