Keten Köyneği
Nobody can call Şanlıurfa's 'keten köyneği' pistachio pistachio. Şanlıurfa's 'keten köyneği' does not exist anywhere else in the world, it is a pistachio produced only in Şanlıurfa. Its bark is more whitish, more transparent and softer.
