Laz Bath
The building, which is thought to have been built in the 18th century, is of the Classical Turkish bath type. Although some repairs were made, it has preserved its original character. It has a reputation as the cleanest of the baths in Balıkesir. Located in the Yeni Hamam Bazaar, the hammam provides service between 8.00 and 23.30. Although it was originally built to serve both women and men, today there is an inscription "belongs to men" at the entrance of the bath. It was registered as a cultural property on 14 March 1986.
