Leperüş Caucasian Folk Dance
Among the cultural diversity living in Düzce, there are Adygs and Abkhaz from Caucasian peoples. Leperuş is an authentic folk dance performed by Adyghe, Abkhazians and Vubykhs from the Caucasus. This folk dance called “Leperüş” or “Apsuva Koşara” is performed with a musical instrument called “Pşine”. It is usually played at weddings.
