Meatloaf is a kind of thin and edgeless stuffed pide, which belongs to the Konya region and is especially made in these regions. Apart from Konya, different types are also made in various regions such as Kastamonu and Mardin. Konya meat bread was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office in 2017 and received a geographical indication.
