Osmaniye Bagel
After it is divided into small pieces prepared in hard consistency using flour, salt, water and cooking soda, it is rolled in the palm of the hand in the form of thick sticks. After the dough is formed into a ring, it is soaked in water with roasted sesame, sugar and molasses. It needs to be cooked in its consistency so that it does not dry out. It is served with turnip on the side.
