Sürmene Knife
Traditional Surmene knives consists of a steel body, silver ornaments, an ox horn handle and a boxwood sheath. Knife has been used by Laz and Pontic Greeks in duel wars and knife horon since ancient times. The smaller version is used for peeling fruit.
