Three Skirts
The triple skirt is a three-piece skirt with slits that is usually worn on special occasions, weddings or henna nights. It is a three piece outfit. One of the pieces is on the right, one on the left and one on the back, reaching up to the heels. Each side of the three skirts is silver-embroidered or made of fabric called wire. It is lined inside and the fabric of the skirt is usually basma, kutnu or satin.
Three skirts adorned with different embroidery and ornaments, which came to Anatolia from Central Asia, are still used in some regions and are the indispensable clothing of folklore teams. Although it has long pockets, the skirt of the dress consists of three parts. Belts, which differ according to the regions, are attached to the interior. The front of the skirt is tied at the waist. Different generations of each region adore it.
