Tirit

Tirit is a dish made with fried or stale bread in broth. Tirit is a Persian word. Depending on the region, many different types of meat can be put. There are varieties made with goose, duck, chicken, cow, mutton. It is similar to the Papara and Beşbarmak dish made in Central Asia.
