Atatürk Dam
Atatürk Dam is a dam between Adıyaman and Şanlıurfa provinces for energy and irrigation purposes. Within the Southeastern Anatolia Project, it is 180 kilometers downstream of the Karakaya Dam, 51 kilometers from Adıyaman, 24 kilometers from the Bozova district of Şanlıurfa, and was established on the Euphrates River.
