TOPÇAM DAM POND
Topçam Dam is a dam on the Melet River in Ordu, which was under construction between 1998 and 2009 to generate energy, but has started to hold water.
The dam is of rock body filling type with a body volume of 4,393,000 m³, a height of 122.00 m above the river bed, a lake volume of 132.60 hm³ at normal water level and a lake area of 3.09 km² at normal water level. The dam generates 199 GWh of energy annually with a power of 60 MW.
