Acıgöl
Acıgöl is a district of Nevşehir Province in Turkey. In 1914, the center of the parish became a town in 1952, and in 1987 it became the district of Nevşehir with the law numbered 3392. The center of Acıgöl district, located on the Nevşehir-Aksaray highway, is 20 km from Nevşehir. There are 3 municipalities and 10 villages in the district, one of which is the District Central Municipality. The economy of the district is generally based on agriculture, animal husbandry and trade.
