Akdağmadeni
Akdağmadeni is a district of Yozgat. It is surrounded by the Şarkışla district of Sivas in the east, Çayıralan in the south, Sarıkaya and SaraykenThe climate of the district has a type between the continental climate and the Black Sea climate. Since the district is on a plateau, it has a similarity to the climate of Central Anatolia. The summers are very hot; winters are not too cold. Snowfall, as in Yozgat, reaches the middle of November and stays on the ground until April. Annual precipitation amounts are 478-500 millimeters on average. Winds blow from the east and south. The mountains are in a protective state against the north winds.t in the west, and Kadışehri in the north. The south of the district is covered with scotch pine and oak forests.
