Atkaracalar
Atkaracalar is a district of Çankırı province. It has been known by this name since 1880. In its history, it was removed from the town level to the district and connected with. The district municipality was established in 1927 as a town municipality.
In the history of Atkaracalar, Hamza Sultan, who has a tomb in Hoşislamlar, on the skirts of Dumanlı Mountain, close to the district center, and his followers, who lie in their tombs in the central mosque, have important roles.
