Çeltikçi
Although it is not certain, it is said that the Çeltikçi district was the first settlement, with its current name, near Cami Mahallesi and Arvallı. Although there is no definite and clear record about who founded the Çeltikçi district and on what date, it is rumored that the present Konak district was formed in 1725, when a person said to be from the "Koklan" Beyleri dynasty came to the mouth of the creek called Pınarlı Boğaz.
