Dursunbey
Dursunbey is a district of Balikesir province. It is located in the east of Balıkesir, on the border of Kütahya. It is 672 meters above sea level. The region is famous for its mountainous forests and timber. Balıkesir-Kütahya highways and railways pass through Dursunbey. The biggest source of livelihood is forests and livestock. Dursunbey pine is world famous and high quality.
