Erenler
In 1911, Hacıoğlu and Erenler, which were independent villages, were transformed into separate neighborhoods and connected to the Ada district.
The borders of Erenler Village was a large village. The central district was a single headman, consisting of Tabakhane, Küpçüler District and Hacıoğlu District. Work on establishing a municipality with a total population of more than 2000 has begun. With the decree published in the Official Gazette dated 14 May 1963, the legal entity of Erenler Municipality was established.[5] With the 19 April 1964 elections, the town municipality started to work. The first municipality building is the primary school building next to the Erenler Merkez Mosque.
On March 22, 2008, Bekirpaşa and Çaybaşıyeniköy municipalities were closed and connected to Erenler, and the district of Erenler was established according to the law on the establishment of districts within the boundaries of the Metropolitan municipality numbered 5747.
