Keban
Keban is a district of Elazığ province. The Keban Dam power plant, which meets the electricity needs of Eastern Anatolia, is located here. Keban is in the west of Elazig and 46 km from the central district. There is Elâzığ in the east of the district, Arapgir district of Malatya in the west, Çemişgezek of Tunceli in the north, Ağın in the northwest and Baskil in the south. The area of the district is 548 km². The continental climate is within its scope, but the climate that comes with the dam has changed.
