Keles

Keles is a district of Bursa province, 61 km away from the city center. It is surrounded by İnegöl county to the east and northeast, Domaniç and Tavşanlı counties of Kütahya to the southeast, the central county to the north, and Orhaneli county to the west. The area of the district is 640 square kilometers and its altitude is around 1,050 meters.

It was established in the Keles Stream valley. Keles Stream is a branch of Kocasu Stream, which splits the plateau between Uludağ and Eğriöz Mountains. It is connected to Bursa by the Hüseyin Field Pass from the west and to İnegöl by the Tepel Pass from the east.
