Pehlivanköy

Pehlivanköy, also known as Pavli, is a district of Kırklareli province. It is 62 kilometers from the city center. It is 25 meters above sea level. This district, which has a population of around 5,000, has been emigrated since the 1970s. Since the Ergene River passes through the district, the pollution in the river harms the district. Since 1910, the "Pavli Fair", which starts on September 18 and lasts for 5 days, has been held non-stop. There is a historical station building built by the French in 1889 in the district, which has railway transportation.
