Şavşat
Borcka is a town in the province of Artvin in the Black Sea Region of the Republic of Turkey and the center of the district. Its old name is Porcha. It is known as Borcha in Ottoman records. Later it took the form of Borcka. Borcka is one of the settlements of the Klarceti region.
