Şemdinli
Şemdinli is one of the 5 districts of Hakkari province and the city that is the center of this district. Separated from Yüksekova by the Haruna Pass at an altitude of 2,110 meters, the district consists of an area irrigated by the Pesan Stream, a branch of the Zap Stream, the Şemdinli Stream and its branches. The district, which borders Iran and Northern Iraq, draws attention with its natural beauties and historical structures.
