TUFAG International Folk Dance Festival
The International Folk Dance Festival is open to the participation of folk dance groups that apply authentic folkloric values to contemporary stage conditions. Our international festival was first organized in 1985. Every year, 10-12 countries from abroad participate in our festival and 550-600 foreign guests are hosted in our city. To provide the people of Yalova and surrounding districts with the opportunity to get to know different national cultures and dances, to unite these values within the traditional cultural melting pot of Yalova and to present our city as one of the folkloric centers of the world.
