Ardah Folk Dance
Ardah is one of the most popular folk dances in Saudi Arabia. Ardah is often celebrated on special occasions such as festivals and weddings. Najdi Ardah is the most common variety of Ardah and was originally eaten by Arab warriors in the Middle Najd region of Saudi Arabia before they faced their enemies on the battlefield. Ardah was included in the Intangible Cultural Heritage List by UNESCO in 2015.
